Easy Ways to Improve Brain Function

Two separate studies were recently concluded that both provided measurable, documentable proof that certain types of exercise improve brain function.  Specifically:  walking and yoga.  It’s an interesting few minutes to read at PsychCentral.com.

Seems like I’m not coordinated enough to do yoga seriously – I have tried.  But I enjoy walking.  The biggest boost it offers me is the ability to clear my mind or to talk through a tough work dilemma with my husband.  Walking is my extraordinary moment today.
